Lathe

With a total of five NC and CNC lathes, high-precision and dimensionally accurate components can be manufactured. The lathes are distributed across three workshops. The smallest parts as well as larger components up to max. Ø260 mm can be manufactured.
Programming takes place on the machines, but can also be carried out using CAM programmes for complicated shapes. We require 3D files, which should come from the CAD programmes ‘CREO’, “SolidWorks”, ‘Fusion 360’, ‘Rhino 3D’. Gladly as original and as STEP files.
We process the following materials: Stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, brass, ARMCO, PEEK, PTFE, PC, PMMA, Vespel and many other plastics and special materials.
