The 18th BESSY@HZB User Meeting takes place Wednesday, 2 December and Thursday, 3 December 2026.

Deadline for registration and poster submission - 20 November 2026 (23:59 CET)

Participation in the meeting is free of charge, however pre-registration is mandatory. Only registered participants can join the "Green Buffet" on Thursday evening.

Poster Session @ User Meeting

The poster session takes place on Thursday, 3 December from 17:00 to 19:00 in the experimental hall. Poster mounting starts at 15:30.

PLEASE NOTE: all posters have to be in DIN A0 LANDSCAPE format: 120 cm (width) x 84 cm (height)
