ISSP 2026 - Application Form

Personal Data

1. Passport: Please submit a copy of a valid identity card or passport in English.


2. CV: Your CV should be in tabular form and chronological sequence, do not exceed 2 pages and reflect the most important stages in your education and career:

  • personal data
  • professional and research experience
  • awards/prizes/scholarships
  • computing and other relevant skills

Current University

Only undergraduate student (Bachelor or Master student, not PhD candidate) in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Structural Biology, Mathematics, Engineering, Life or Environmental Sciences or related disciplines can participate in the program.

Please note that you have completed at least two years of full-time study in your major discipline at university level und you will be enrolled as a student at your university during your stay at HZB from 6 July to 28 August, 2026. (Therefore we will need another current certificate of enrolment that covers July and August 2026 before the program starts should your uploaded certificate not cover this period.)










For Students from Non-EU countries:
In order to employ you as an intern in Germany, you have to provide the following Declaration of Certificate of Enrolment for the authorities.
